Booking and Cancellation Policies

We do require a credit card on file to secure all appointments. Your information is never shared with anyone ever! We recommend going through our booking system to set up your client profile. This way you will be able to manage, view, or change your appointment with ease and confidence. If you are unsure of which services to book or how much time is allotted per service, you arealways welcome to call us. We are here to help. When in doubt schedule the consultation.

We do ask that you kindly that you give us at least 48 hours notification of a cancellation. Less than 48 hour notification will result in a missed service charge equal to 50% of the service charge. There will be a 15 minute grace period. After that, you will be considered a No Call/ No Show.

No Call/NO show charges can be up to 100% of service charge. A deposit may be applied to secure appointments in the future.

We do understand that life happens sometimes and we will work with you if possible, however, please keep in mind our time is money and we treat it accordingly. We like to give you 100% of our effort. When we don’t have enough time to replace cancelled appointments, we miss out on time with other guests that may have been able to replace your appointments. Be kind and be courteous! We appreciate your business and we take our art seriously.
